Job Description CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR PERMANENT FULL TIME LONDON - SE1 SALARY £28,000 PLUS PACKAGE We are working with a reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector. Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join the team. Job Purpose: To carry out the administration of the service department in the London Mobile Region. The Role: Learning the job system to assist with scheduling, logging & closing down callouts and compliance tasks. Liaising with the clients, answering queries and booking works in via email & phone. Assisting Service Team with electronic report uploading to CAFM systems. Checking and updating the London Mobile engineers schedule. Producing purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and any orders required. Providing any other reports required for the management team Providing cover for the other contract supports in London Mobile Region. The Person: Ability to use job management software Ability to use Office Methodical Approach to work duties Self-Motivator Highly organised Good prioritisation skills Ability to work with multiple teams Customer Service Skills The Package: Base salary to £28,000 Permanent Full Time Hours monday - friday - 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch break 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension
