Job summary The SFP Director will support the Chief Financial Officer in the development and delivery of a programme to manage the securing the future programme as LIFT agreements reach the end of their terms. The role will maintain comprehensive oversight of all relevant CHP collaborative programmes and projects, working with key stakeholders to overcome barriers through effective collaboration and the effective delivery of intended outcomes. Main duties of the job Support the Chief Financial Officer and CHP's Senior Management/Leadership teams in defining primary objectives and the organisation's developmental requirements leading up to the expiry of the current lease terms and beyond. Act as management lead for the securing the future programme (SFP) Board and all associated activities. Provide key input to the underlying project boards and provide support and guidance in line with the Programme Board's requirements. Lead the development and delivery of a Programme Business Case (PBC) for the programme ensuring the PBC passes through all relevant governance and assurance gateways. Ensure that any future requirements such as Zero Carbon or digital healthcare for example, are considered and incorporated into securing the future strategies and solutions. Build and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring that any sensitivities are appropriately managed through to solution. Work autonomously with senior officers in partner organisations, Chairs of collaborative programmes, Senior Responsible Officers and Programme Directors/Managers to ensure that delivery plans are developed and implemented, and objectives are achieved.
