We’re seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Mobilisation Manager to lead the rollout of new services across the UK. This is a key leadership role – you’ll shape and deliver new services from strategy to go-live, and ensure that every transition is seamless, person-focused, and built for long-term success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the design, implementation and evaluation of new services
* Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Property, Finance, and Business Development to bring services to life
* Building collaborative relationships with commissioners, regulatory bodies (like the CQC), and local authorities
* Managing risk, resources, budgets, and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
* Ensuring every service complies with regulations and reflects the needs and voices of the people we support
* Sharing learning and continuous improvement across the organisation
Who You Are:
You’re a proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for person-led care. You’re comfortable working at pace, balancing detail with the bigger picture, and inspiring others through change. You're confident with stakeholders, thoughtful in your approach, and relentless in your pursuit of excellence.
What You Bring:
* Experience in mobilising or redesigning adult social care services (multi-site desirable)
* Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and contract management
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* A collaborative approach and proven leadership in cross-functional teams
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable (but not essential):
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Business-related degree or equivalent experience
