Are you a motivated Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for teamwork and clinical excellence? This state-of-the-art hospital in Swindon are seeking a dedicated professional to join their thriving team of 13 vets. Ideally, you'll hold a Surgical Certificate (or be actively pursuing one) and bring strong communication skills to the team.
This role offers the perfect balance between independence and collaboration. Primarily based at their flagship hospital, you'll also rotate through consulting only branches, giving you a mix of routine and advanced clinical exposure. Engage in exciting case discussions with a team that values your input and is committed to fostering your personal and professional growth. Plus, take advantage of opportunities to mentor recent graduates, participate in Green Team initiatives, or help organise vibrant social events.
The hospital is equipped with cutting-edge facilities and serves as a hub for 24-hour emergency care, routine primary services, and multi-disciplinary referrals. While you'll work closely with the referral and ECC departments, the dedicated primary care team maintains a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with a UK registrable Veterinary Degree enabling full MRCVS status, who is an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethos. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to manage a varied caseload. Your passion for delivering outstanding patient care and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary hospital will make you an ideal addition to the team.
