About the Role
Payroll Advisor within Group Finance to support with the timely and accurate delivery of the UK Technology Solutions payroll.
What you will be doing
1. Ensuring adherence and compliance to information security and GDPR requirements.
2. Process and deliver an accurate end to end Payroll(s), to include third party payments, reports to business, supplementary payrolls, returns through to control account reconciliations.
3. Effectively manage enquiries from colleagues and business teams.
4. Audit pay data pre and post commitment of payroll and validate confirmed reports.
5. Perform daily payroll department operations, managing own workload.
6. Manage your Salesforce cases within agreed SLA’s whilst providing first-class customer service to employees and other stakeholders.

About you
Essential
* Experience of large payroll operations (c 1500 + employees).
* Experience of Payroll and HRIS applications.
* Experience of customer service focused delivery.
* Experience of UK payroll, benefits and related HMRC legislation.
* Experience in process improvement.
* Mind-set for continuous learning actively seeking and providing feedback.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with your team and the wider business.
Desirable but not essential
* Entry level accounting qualification (e.g. AAT).
* CIPP Technician Certificate or above.
