This is a SEMH based secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds with EHCP's. The school are keen to meet individuals who have experience assisting KS3-KS4 English or with relvant experience working with challenging behaviours. If you can support dynamic, high energy and engaging lessons, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be joining a tight-knit team, working towards raising student attainment through outstanding teaching. You'll also receive ongoing support and training from the school. The successful applicant will have a relevant English degree or English LSA experience across KS3-KS4. Skills and experience required Confident teaching English at KS3-KS4 Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies Each candidate will be subject to a DBS and police check where required.
