Accounts Payable Assistant - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract - 26,000 - 27,000
I am pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based west of Edinburgh during a exciting period for the business. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with three days working in the office and two at home.
Working in the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Purchase Ledgers are well maintained and payments are done accurately and swiftly. You will work closely with the rest of your team and demonstrate a drive to continue to learn more while in your role.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Processing invoices,
* Carrying out payment runs,
* Performing statement reconciliations,
* Liaising with suppliers,
* Maintaining the Purchase Ledger inbox,
* Ad hoc duties.
You don't necessarily have to have been involved in all of those before, but having an understanding of Accounts Payable/having worked in an Accounts Payable function would be extremely beneficial.
This role would suit somebody looking to develop their skillset and build on their Accounts Payable experience.
