Admin Assistant
Hours: Full time – 3 days per week to include 1 weekend day
Bonus: after probation
Experience level: Admin experience is essential for this role
We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Admin Assistant.
In this role you will be our customers' first point of contact when they call in. You’ll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care – articulate, good with people and always happy to help.
You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.
We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, a good standard of education in written English and Mathematics, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
