Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Radley Footwear LTD trading as the Clarks Shop in Louth. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

1. Previous experience in retail management
2. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
