The team optimises loan features such as pricing and amounts, tests new product ideas, and figures out the best UX for communicating all of this to the customer on our website.The roleAs a Strategy Analyst, youresponsible for optimising the customer journey of our new customers. You will also lead the development of new products and work closely with the team lead to improve our lending strategy (such as pricing, offered amount, repayment terms).Own our user journey:Lead on improving our digital experience, driving customer conversion, retention, and satisfaction.Collaborate with designers to refine solutions through mock-ups and testing.Deeply understand customer motivations and frustrations through both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive impactful solutionsOptimise our lending strategy:Analyse performance trends to propose enhancements to pricing, lending amounts, and other loan features.Partner with the team lead to define and deploy new products and lending features.Work with other teams (e.g. credit risk, operations) to secure buy-in for new initiatives.Drive projects from concept to launch:Evaluate opportunities using customer research and data analysis.Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of new features and changes.Analyse performance post-launch and share insights with the wider business to guide future improvements.The requirementsEssential:Commercial experience in a strategy role, either from a finance, tech, product, or consultancy perspective.Highly analytical background, demonstrated through academics (e.g. strong STEM degree) and\/or through professional experience.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and recommend innovative solutions.Bonus:Experience of working with tech and data science.Experience creating and optimising customer user journeys.The salaryWe expect to pay from for this role.
