The Position: The Commercial Arborist Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial accounts related to tree care services. This includes evaluating tree care needs, providing recommendations, and overseeing the implementation of tree care services. The Account Manager will also be responsible for conducting hazard tree evaluations, implementing integrated pest management practices, and ensuring industry approved tree care practices are followed. This position will work to increase sales growth within the commercial division. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, preparing reports on tree care services, and conducting research on new tree care techniques and practices. This position may be expected to assist field technicians or complete one-off treatments when necessary. Education, Experience and License Requirements: ISA Arborist Certification and/or experience may be substituted for education Bachelors Degree preferred from an accredited college or university in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, Forestry or a related field. Delaware Pesticide Applicator License (If you do not possess this requirement but are selected for the position, you will be required to take the exam within one year of hire). Able to read and interpret labels. 3-5 years of Sales Experience preferred This position is for you if you have: In-depth knowledge of regions plant and horticulture Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices. Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
