Case Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator - Legal Sector

I am currently recruiting for a Case Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator, to join our client who are a well established legal firm in the City Centre of Glasgow. This is a full time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career within the Legal sector!
This will be office based initially, however after 3 months and after being fully trained you will have the option to work from home 1 day a week. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this position will be £24,000 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients to gather financial details and statements. Forward collected information to the vetting team for review and decision-making
* Accurately input and update client data in the system
* Inform clients of the vetting team's decision regarding their case outcome
* Send legal documents, request identification, and proof of address in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Review and verify received paperwork and identification
* Assign cases to fee earners promptly and ensure all necessary client risk assessments are completed
* Coordinate documents with partners & support with aspects of administration
* Monitoring coordinator inbox, where you will be responsible for keeping this up to date and clear
Skills and Experience required:
* Comfortable with call handling
* Have experience within a customer service/administrative background
* Comfortable gathering the data from clients regarding Personal Injury cases
* Works well under pressure
* Has a great telephone manner and is comfortable engaging with solicitors and customers on phone and via email
* Comfortable working in a professional office environment
* Has excellent communication skills
