Customer Service Administrator
OA are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
Working Hours:
5 days per week, 8.30am - 5pm
£24,000
Permanent opportunity
Hybrid working after training – 2 days in the office
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Free on-site parking
Main Duties:
1. Handle customer & supplier queries via phone and email
2. Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
3. Updating all relevant information on the database
4. Validating bills
5. Reviewing reports
6. Opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous Customer Service or Administration experience
2. Strong maths skills
3. Customer-focused, fantastic communication skills written and verbal
4. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
5. Able to work within deadlines
6. Good Excel skills
