The Role Working within the Network Operations team you will be integral to the growth and development of the company’s network, supporting our Customers within the Support team. Dealing with customer issues, configuration of devices to be sent out to customers on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will provide a on call support for the network out of hours on a rota. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team. As a rapidly expanding team there will be significant opportunities for growth within this role.
