Keep precise records of all collection efforts and customer interactions. Address and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly. Work closely with the finance team to enhance the collections process. Generate regular reports on collection progress and outstanding accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations related to collections. Maintain clear communication with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment arrangements when needed. Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts is desirable.
