Client Services Coordinator
RPS are seeking anefficient Client Services Co-Ordinator/Administrator for our Occupational Health (OH) team based in Mansfield, who will be responsible for ensuring allaspects of the service delivery to allocated clients, ensuring all day-to-daytasks run smoothly. You will follow set procedures and ensure allduties are in line within set KPI’s, always keeping the customer in mind alwaysand strive to proactively address their concerns and needs. You will have the option of hybrid working once trained.

Whatyou’ll be doing:
1. Answering all incoming communications from clients, suppliers and the wider OH team
2. Use and understand our bespoke booking system to schedule appointments and update relevant parties as required (full training will be provided)
3. Monitor client charges and produce invoices
4. Attend regular client meetings via video call
5. Input weekly electronic timesheets accurately (full training will be provided)
6. Perform routine administrative tasks and undertake any ad-hoc duties
Whowe’re looking for:
7. Prior strong office based administrative experience gained in a busy environment
8. Competent user of the MS office suite and able to complete Pivot and Vlookups
9. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Strong attention to detail and critical eye for accuracy with a right first-time attitude
12. Great interpersonal and communication skills with a high focus on customer service and able to build and maintain relationships with key clients and service users
13. Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines with a flexible approach
14. Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
