Based from one of our offices (Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester and London), the position is offered with a hybrid working pattern.
Role purpose
At Copper we work with our clients to achieve the transition to net zero, through strategic communication campaigns, engaging with communities and creating narratives to support change. You will take responsibility for working with clients, industry partners, Copper colleagues and communities to build understanding and support the development of transformative infrastructure.
As an account manager, you take ownership for the smooth running of projects, coordination and collaboration within the Copper team, effective liaison with clients and delivery of communications strategies.
Skills
* Organisation - able to coordinate and deliver a project on time and budget
* Communication - able to liaise effectively with clients, partners, stakeholders and most importantly colleagues
* Strategy - ability to contribute to development of intelligent and creative communications strategies for complex projects that deliver impact
* Storytelling - ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and compelling stories which engage critical audiences, using a range of mediums
* Teamwork - ability to work in conjunction with a wide range of people, including clients, partners and stakeholders, while forming effective relationships with teammates and supporting a positive team culture
Knowledge
* Some knowledge of the infrastructure industry and the transition to net-zero
* An interest in politics, policy making, the media and communications
* Experience of project delivery and management
* Experience of working as part of varied teams to deliver positive outcomes
