We utilise leading edge recruitment technology and marketing tools and work with a large blue chip multinational client base offering a full range of talent, recruitment, and assessment services.
THE ROLE
The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve a combination of new business development, account management, and transactional recruitment. You will be part of a successful and established team with a strong reputation in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing client relationships and attending client visits.
2. New business development, advertising, interviewing, and managing candidates through the selection process.
3. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and consulting with candidates on their career aspirations.
4. Forging strong relationships with clients and companies.
5. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your market sector.
You will have access to sophisticated recruitment software and a regularly updated candidate and client database.
THE PERSON
* A university graduate/graduate calibre with drive, ambition, and commitment.
* Experienced in recruiting managerial and executive level candidates.
* Experienced technical and competency/behavioural interviewer.
* Existing portfolio of clients and strong network of sector-specific candidates.
* Organised and structured, with experience in using Recruitment CRM and ATS systems.
* CIPD level 3 or 5 would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
* Psychometric test or coaching qualifications would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
* Articulate with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
* A hardworking individual looking to contribute and progress within a growing company while maintaining work-life balance.
Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter, HR/Talent Acquisition/Resourcing Manager, or with a recruitment/executive search and selection consultancy. You should be a high achieving and articulate candidate able to present at the highest levels within business. Excellent organisational skills are essential for managing multiple projects to successful conclusions.
