Currently going through a period of rapid expansion, we require an additional team member for our busy finance team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchase Ledger Assistant located in Leighton Buzzard. The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for processing and maintaining the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timelessness of data entry. They will p repare and process payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner, reconciling supplier statements and resolving any outstanding issues. Key to the role will be maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions related to the purchase ledger. There will also be an element of p roviding support to the wider finance team as needed Qualifications and experience Experience with purchasing processes, purchase orders, and procurement Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with ERP systems is a plus Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Relevant qualifications or certifications in purchasing or accounting To apply, please send your CV and contact details to hrfaiauto.com
