Account Manager | Small and Large Format Print | Central London - Hybrid | £35k

They specialise in both small and large format digital print as well as promotional merchandise. With state of the facilities they are producing a variety of high end work to a wealth of blue chip clients.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for:
* Taking over and managing well established accounts driving relationships forward
* Taking briefs from clients and translating to production, maintaining client communication and timeline tracking
* Providing end to end account management, from order to delivery, overseeing and organising orders, deliveries and installations
* Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and pain points
* Anticipating client needs and proactively providing profitable solutions
Key attributes required:
* Proven account management/client services/ project management experience
* Adaptable to changing client needs or unexpected challenges
* Experience in print is essential, or promotional merchandising experience
* Ability to work in a hybrid role, commuting distance to central London
* Strong relationship building skills and time management skills
* Management of installations desired
