They each have their own personalities, needs and preferences. Our service has an exceptional level of support and we work with the support and contribution of family members to provide a completely personalised service, developing and evolving to do things better. We are looking for Female Support workers to join our dedicated team who are highly reliable and motivated and have passion for what they do. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the ladies we support and the working hours of our service. Applicants should hold a full UK driving license The ladies we support enjoy accessing community facilities and person-centred activities. They also enjoy a wide range of activities including gardening, going to concerts and theatre, visiting family, puzzles, nice walks, movie nights, shopping and arts and crafts and many more We need people who are eager to know and learn about what we do and provide person-centred support around this. The shifts in this service include early, late, double and sleepover shifts. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a Female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Driving license is preferred.
