This is an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a company that wants to get involved across the board with the Investment committee. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the IFA team, including managing appointments and preparing documentation. Process new business applications, including completing and submitting paperwork for investment and pension schemes. Handle client queries and maintain effective communication with clients and third parties. Assist with the preparation of client reports and financial documents, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Maintain and update client records using the company’s CRM system. Support the preparation of ongoing financial reviews, including gathering and inputting data. Monitor and chase outstanding paperwork, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Keep abreast of relevant financial regulations and changes, ensuring compliance at all times. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a financial services or IFA administrative role is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. A keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and the ability to use initiative. Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage, but full training will be provided. Why should you join?
