Hours: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday
An independently owned manufacturer of aluminium products for a wide range of customers and industries including:
1. Medical
2. Defence
3. Filtration
4. Specialist automotive
The company has grown over recent years under the stewardship of the Managing Director and team. This role seeks to improve coordination and control in the office function and its coordination with Sales and Production.
Responsibilities:
1. Management of all office functions
2. All purchasing including consumables and production requirements (except aluminium extrusions)
3. Cover for purchasing of aluminium extrusions
4. Coordination with external services
5. Site services (Perdix)
6. Insurance
7. Health & Safety representatives
8. Human Resource representatives
9. Energy contracts
10. Other support contracts
11. Internal coordination of Human Resources with support from external organisation
12. Timesheets, Holiday plans, general communications, welfare
13. Internal coordination of Finance activity including:
14. Banking including Invoice Finance
15. Cashflow analysis
16. Debtors and Creditors
17. Accountant data availability (MDP Accountants)
18. Monthly/Annual Accounts
19. Payroll
20. Pensions
21. Invoicing, Labels
22. Transport, domestic and export for customer deliveries

1. People person, team worker and coordinator
2. SAGE 50 capability
3. Spreadsheet capability
