We provide high-quality flue systems within the Heating and Ventilation sector to a wide range of commercial clients. Our systems support essential appliances, such as water heaters, boilers, bakery ovens, and commercial fireplaces. Due to rapid growth and increasing customer demand, we’re looking to expand our installation team, and we want YOU to be part of our success!

Role Overview:
As an Installation Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to install flue systems to the highest standards. The role involves:
· Assisting with the installation of flue systems at client sites across the UK.
· Ensuring all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to specification.
· Developing new skills while being supported by a passionate and skilled team.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry. There is also the potential for advancement for the right candidate who makes a strong impression..
Requirements:
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:
· Experience in a similar field (plumbing, heating, ventilation, mechanical engineering, or maintenance) is preferred.
· Mechanical knowledge and manual skills, with some experience working on construction sites.
· A clean driving license (essential).
· Certifications such as CSCS, PASMA, and IPAF are beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and solve problems independently.
· A positive, flexible attitude, with the ability to work early starts, adapt to different work environments, and be comfortable working at heights.
· Our offices are located in Cannock, and applicants should be able to reliably commute daily to this location. Once in the office, the role will involve working nationwide.
