Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with partners to ensure capital expenditures and inventory align with platform targets and anticipated savings.
2. Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O).
3. Conversion of local investment plans into upstream set demand signals.
4. Support strategic PIPO Projects.
5. Drive & Support execution of key commercial and supply chain initiatives in alignment with line leaders, focusing on critical Supply chain KPIs and goals.
6. Asset Management Process Deployment:
1. Forecasting: Ensure accountability for accurate Demand Signal for optimized capex forecasting.
2. Execution: Collaborate with Sourcing and Distribution teams on optimized asset utilization.
7. Ensure adherence to Monthly IBP Cycle including Life Cycle management, Commercial review meetings, Regional Handover, Risks and Opportunities planning.
8. Key business partner to the commercial organization, ensuring customer and commercial investment needs are optimally planned and delivered through the end-to-end supply chain.
Performance Measurement:
1. Meet established targets for Inventory, Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB), and Capital Expenditure (Capex).
2. Achieve forecasting targets.
3. Order book management for upstream forecast.
4. Maintain Warehouse Capacity across multiple locations.
5. Improve overall asset performance.
6. Adhere to IBP review timelines.
Experience and Skills required:

3. Excellent IT skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

This role is salaried. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
