We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to join our Specialist Devices team and take responsibility for the management of our product portfolio. Demonstration of continuous improvement, including the quality, risk and security measures considered, which improved a product or its levels of service. Experience of managing large IT Products and Services in Live Service environment. Demonstrable experience of Service Management Framework e.g. ITIL. Experience in building and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders including senior Business and IT managers. Experience of managing a team ensuring responsibilities and Business priorities are clearly understood. Working together to fulfil shared objectives whilst complying with legal, regulatory and security requirements. You and your role Our team has end-to end ownership of the Engineering Platform which supports c.3,000 users who develop and test solutions for DWP and the Creative Devices which enable media and video experts to design campaigns. You'll be managing a portfolio of services with real impact. We also have responsibility for the computers used by citizens in Jobcentres nationwide. We are looking at options for these devices as they reach the end of their economic life, which offers a unique opportunity to directly improve the digital offering to Jobcentre users and transform the way people use our Jobcentre services Details.
