Shrewsbury UTC / Telford UTC Days: Open 7 days a week – offering Weekday, Evening and Weekend sessions available Hours: Open 9am-9pm, offering up to 12 hour shifts Pay Weekday - £35.66 Saturday/Nights - £46.50 Sunday/BH - £57.50 Inside IR35 as ran by the NHS Trust Framework compliance Duties / Responsibilities • Provide advanced clinical care, assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with undifferentiated conditions at the Urgent Treatment Centre. • Ensure safe patient referral, discharge, and treatment while prescribing within professional guidelines. • Offer expert clinical support to nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team. • Maintain clinical competence, act as a role model, and contribute to service improvements. • Initiate and interpret investigations to determine appropriate treatments. • Ensure accurate documentation, promote patient health, and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. • Work flexibly across two trust sites and assist with safe staffing levels when needed. • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team.
