Customer Service Representative - E-commerce - Luxury English sparkling wine producer based in Mayfair.\n\nHourly rate: £14.00 per hour\nBased: Mayfair\nStart date: Friday 14th March - Wednesday 16th April\nDuration: Wednesday 16th April\nFully Office based: Monday - Friday office based\nHours: 09.00 - 17.30 each day \n\nJob role: \n\nAn excellent opportunity to join a multiple award-winning luxury brand. They are now seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Mayfair.\n\nLike what you hear? Read on…\n\nReporting to the ECommerce Manager, you will be responsible for all customer service-related enquiries, you will be supporting the digital team to ensure that information on the website is accurate and kept up to date.\n\nSounds interesting?...Daily duties include:\n\nFirst point of contact for all customer service enquiries and responding in a timely and professional manner.\nTo always provide a high level of customer service when dealing with any internal or external requests\nReplying to general inquiries and managing following mailboxes for the company: Customer Service - including providing e-commerce and customer service support, coordinating emails between the e-commerce/dispatch centre, customers and the digital/e-commerce team\nReplying to customers queries, dealing with the complaints in polite and professional manner.\nLiaising with e-commerce team/managers for discounts and compensations approvals, for any ongoing online campaigns, liaising with production regarding any complaints.\nEnsuring all data is accurately updated and recorded\nManage customer expectations, interact and display professionalism at all times.\nWork as part of a team and also work independently, managing your time appropriately, working efficiently at all times\nUndertake such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request.To be successful in this role you'll have:\n\nExperience of working in a Customer Service position\nCustomer facing skills - telephone oriented\nGood interpersonal skills to with high degree of discretion and professionalism\nAbility to work under pressure and cope with conflicting priorities\nHigh level of resourcefulness and the ability to always solve problems using own initiative\nA good knowledge of Word, outlook and excel\nHave a flexible and willing and a can do attitude to work\nMust be a team playerDesirable skills:\n\nGood understanding of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook\nExperience of working in an SME\nExperience of working with a luxury brand or high-end retail \n\nPlease email your CV directly to: (url removed)\n\nThis opportunity is being advertised by the Office Angels West End team.\n\nThank you for your interest in this role.
