Desktop Technician Level 2 Role Purpose: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in desktop support or a related role. Provide 2nd line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on technical skills and a willingness to travel with a full UK driving license. Manage technical issues through a customer ticketing system, ensuring updates and resolutions are provided in a timely manner. Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting, asset inventory, and device upgrades. Offer end-user training and guidance on hardware/software usage. Assist with infrastructure administration tasks and support IT projects/upgrades. Technical Skills: Strong experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google apps, and ServiceNow. Proficiency in managing MS Active Directory (users, groups, policies). Skilled in supporting a variety of devices: desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and tablets. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Additional Requirements: Full UK driving license and ability to travel. Must have the UK clean Driving license
