1. Setting up recruitment systems and processes
2. End to end recruitment, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
3. Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
4. Lead on recruitment campaigns alongside senior leaders
5. Develop talent strategies to meet current and future needs
6. Work closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements
7. Work with the HR Director on succession plans
