Your response to this advert offers the opportunity to work as an Electrical Building Services Engineer for this exciting business in Liverpool that has done nothing except grow since its inception in. Their primary focus started by providing innovative solutions to the Residential sector an area that was known well to the leaders of the business, but word has spread about their ability and capability to handle projects that typically range from £5M to £20M MEP (£M+ total build) value and their sector reach is now wider than just Residential projects.
Projects are spread far and wide geographically, including Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and London to name a few places that they are working on projects.
You will need to be interested in doing detailed design projects as much of their work is RIBA Stage 3-5 and helping deliver on site solutions at latter stages of the project when the designs are being replicated on site. Additionally, all their projects are designed digitally using Revit so any experience of using this software would certainly be an advantage.
They are looking for a graduate of Electrical Engineering/Building Services/Architectural Engineering or an engineer who has come through the college route and achieved a HNC. Either way you will need something in the region of 1-3 years practical experience on the job.
