About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the youngest learners and ensuring they have a strong foundation for their educational journey. You’ll work closely with the teaching team to develop engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and encourage active learning. From phonics to playful discovery, your role will be to guide children through those critical early milestones with patience, creativity, and care.
You’ll also be collaborating with a supportive and dynamic teaching assistant to ensure each child receives the personalized attention they need.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A strong understanding of child development and early years frameworks.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent learning both at school and at home.
• Regularly assess progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
