NOTE:
Blossom Care Group does have employees that require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa route to working in the UK. However, a recent change to the legislation means that for a temporary period, we are not able to employ new staff that require sponsorship to work in the UK. The change is that all employers in the Social Care sector that wish to onboard new staff from April 2024 should be CQC registered. Whilst Blossom Care Group is an Ofsted registered care provider, we are not CQC registered at this time.
Blossom Care Group
We provide support and care services to children, young people, and their families. We have a number of residential properties in the Derbyshire/Staffordshire and West Midlands areas.
Our primary focus is to support our children and young people, giving them the best start in life possible, that will carry through the whole of their life.

We are committed to providing the highest level of care and believe that the team is the core to achieving this. We provide regular training, appraisals, and supervision. We are committed to the development and progression of every individual working in the Blossom Care team.
We are opening new homes and genuine internal progression opportunities are available as our ethos is to promote internally, enabling staff to develop their careers in the care sector. Many of our Deputies and Managers have progressed from Residential Support Workers with us.
We ensure that the team feels valued and individuals are rewarded and recognised for their hard work and dedication to the children and young people in our care. This is done through incentives such as employee of the month, pay increments, celebrations of significant events such as birthdays and team building activities, regular supervisions, and funded formal training (NVQs).
