2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire (Onsite x5 days per week)
Length: 3 months (Initial contract)
Rate: £225 per day (Inside IR35)
Role Profile
To provide second-line technical support for the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
* Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
* Understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with SharePoint administration and content management.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
