Operations Manager / General Manager required for a manufacturer of electronic measurement devices.
The Operations Manager / General Manager will be responsible for the direction the company takes and oversee all aspects of customer service, production, maintenance, quality and health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes run smoothly to achieve company targets for quantity, cost and quality.
The Operations Manager / General Manager will have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager / General Manager within a manufacturing environment. You will live within a commutable distance from the main office based in Leicester.
Package:
Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager / General Manager within a manufacturing environment
Prior experience in electronics will be advantageous although not required
