What We're Looking For: Recent experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager or Children's Home Deputy Manager in a similar setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards this). Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare. A full UK Driving Licence is essential. INDMAN
