The company is seeking a candidate for a 2-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role following the implementation of a Trade Order Management System (OMS) project, which is expected to span several years. This project aims to harmonize processes globally by transitioning to new OMS platforms for Equity and Fixed Income, aligning with the US office and establishing a unified global model.
The role entails providing Investment Operations support and managing changes to enhance firm-wide integration, promote growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency across the US and UK.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing middle office service providers
2. Managing the trade lifecycle
3. Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
4. Building relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
5. Contributing to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
6. Supporting development and change management initiatives
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of equity, fixed income, and cash processing in institutional and pooled funds environments, along with experience in query management and outsourced service provision. They should be highly motivated, results-driven, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively within a team and across various stakeholders. A degree or professional qualification is desirable, along with offshore fund administration experience.
