An excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join a successful and growing Logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. English and Spanish speakers will be highly regarded.
You MUST have a driving licence and access to your own car.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
* Cold calling new business leads in order to book meetings and win business.
* Attend new business development meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised service.
* Utilise the CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
* Provide product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they are informed about the features and benefits of our offerings.
* Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.
* Ad-hoc customer service and administration when there is an overflow.
Skills/Experience required:
* Knowledge of general haulage, pallet distribution, and same-day couriers and storage preferred but not essential.
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
* Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Previous experience in booking meetings with potential clients.
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
