Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a market leading and UK-based manufacturing company in Kettering as they expand their team.
Job title: Sales Administrator
Salary: up to £24k - £26k
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)
Start date: ASAP
Job Description:
Handling existing customer enquiries via incoming calls relating to after sales
Maintain customer records on the system
Ordering spare parts/materials as requested by the client relating to previously purchased products
Assisting with contacting third party companies to arrange visits to the existing clients as part of an after care service
General day to day office administration relating to company products and servicesThe ideal candidate:
Skilled administrator
Self Confidence and good relationship building skills
Motivated, humble and a good attitude
Comfortable on the phone, writing emails
Good communication skills
