Lecturer in animal management – the role:
9. Start: September 2024
10. Permanent contract
11. Full-time, 36 hours per week
12. Responsible to: Curriculum Co-ordinator
13. Delivery will include level 1 introduction to animal care course, the level 2 animal care technical diploma and the level 3 animal management advanced diploma
14. Preparing and delivering stimulating lessons, setting goals that stretch and challenge all students
15. Monitoring and assessing student progress
16. Giving feedback and consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes
17. Values and behaviours which are expected of students
Candidate specification – what the college are looking for:

19. NQTs are welcome to apply
20. 2:1 or 1st class degree, in a relevant course
21. Strong academic background
22. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS
23. Good to outstanding teacher observation grades
24. Strong classroom management
