PCN Rigger - Mobile Telecoms 2 Man Rigging Team
A NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS organisation is seeking Riggers to work on multiple projects. The ideal candidate will live in Northern Ireland and be able to work across the Republic of Ireland as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To carry out works as dictated by the Rigging Manager; the Rigging Team Leader will be required to manage a team, think ahead, and plan the installation, passing works to his second man.
2. The Rigging Team Leader should be conversant with a variety of projects.
3. Must be able to work independently and align antennas and test feeders for all networks using Site-master.
4. Be computer literate as all Handover documents need to be submitted electronically.
5. The Rigging Team Leader is responsible for the delivery of rigging projects allocated to him/her on behalf of the company and its customers to time, cost, quality, and to the customers' Service Level Agreements.
RIGGER
1. The Rigger has a key responsibility in ensuring the implementation of safe working practices whilst working on site.
2. Management of all rigging activities while on site, installation of feeders, antennas, mast head amplifiers, and all other associated equipment in a quality manner.
3. Installation of all antennas to the correct bearings/tilts and alignment.
4. Implementation of the correct man on site process depending upon type of site (customer specific).
5. Registering on site and entering the site health and safety register if applicable.
6. Supplying the complete and correct documentation for client Handover.
7. Working together to complete all tasks involved in rigging a Telecoms site in a safe manner. The role involves carrying, climbing, and working at heights.
