Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce on online store developments and content plans.
* Lead CRM, email marketing, blogging, web content, visuals, and descriptions.
* Keep the trade calendar up to date.
* Produce Ecommerce sales reports and KPI analytics reports.
* Carry out SEO best practices to optimize website performance.
* Lead customer service, providing outstanding service through calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing product information.
* Support daily administration and running of the Estella Bartlett website.
* Manage online product lifecycle from range to product releases and category merchandising.
* Recommend and implement enhancements with the web development agency.
* Assist with operational projects, including logistics initiatives, customer surveys, packaging enhancements, and customer service strategy.
Requirements include:
* 1-2 years Ecommerce experience.
* Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Dotdigital, Klaviyo, and basic HTML.
* Strong copywriting and editing skills.
* Ability to produce high-quality content using Adobe CC.
* Passion for fashion trends and the digital environment.
* Analytical and commercially focused.
* Visual and aesthetic awareness.
* Desire to develop and increase skill set and knowledge.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels and a passion for researching and learning about new digital marketing avenues.
* Excellent computer skills, competent with Office and Content Management Systems.
