Web Analyst & CRO Specialist Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Web Analyst & CRO Specialist, to join leading UK automotive firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering own website tracking, reporting and optimisation efforts, helping us turn data into meaningful action that drives business results. Ability to communicate technical analytics principles, strategies & results to leadership is key. Based in Hampshire - Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 from home Roles & responsibilities: Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups – implement, QA, and maintain robust tracking across all digital touchpoints. Monitor user journeys and site performance – track how users interact with key pages and features, identifying drop-offs and opportunities. Build and maintain performance dashboards – use GA4, Looker Studio or Power BI to visualise KPIs and campaign results for wider teams. Run deep-dive analysis – translate raw data into actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Lead A/B and multivariate testing – design, execute, and report on tests to optimise UX and site functionality. Deliver a clear CRO strategy – identify conversion blockers, prioritise opportunities, and work cross-functionally to implement and test improvements. Collaborate with digital, UX, IT and marketing teams – ensure alignment on tracking, performance goals and improvement priorities. Use tools like Content Square – gain behavioural insights and identify points of friction across the user journey. Present findings to stakeholders – deliver clear, concise reporting and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills & experience: Strong GA4 and GTM experience – from setup and troubleshooting to custom events and advanced configurations. Experience with CRO tools – e.g. Yieldify or similar platforms. Good understanding of UX and conversion funnels – able to spot opportunities and suggest practical improvements, experience with Content Square desirable Confident with dashboarding tools – such as Looker Studio or Power BI for performance tracking. Excellent communication skills – comfortable explaining data and insights to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborative mindset – happy working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
