Part-Time Administrative Assistant | 12-Month Temporary Role | Energy Industry | Central London
Your new company This energy corporation in London is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a part-time 12-month temporary maternity leave cover and is available for candidates who can start on an immediate basis. This role is Monday – Thursday (4 days/week) with one day WFH and is 8 hours/day.
Your new role Reporting to the Business Support Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing first-line support to multiple levels of staff in the UK and overseas office locations, building relationships and acting as a first point-of-contract for administrative, travel and facility-based tasks. This role involves working collaboratively with the supervisor to plan, develop and carry out projects and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key duties will include:
1. Handling general administration and project administration tasks and duties, running errands where required
2. Expense management for VPs and assisting staff with general expense queries.
3. Handling contracts and legal documents, arranging signing and legislation as necessary.
4. Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors and answering queries where required.
