Job Description: Business Development/Product Manager to drive business growth, achieve sales revenue, and develop a sound business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve agreed sales revenue and margins, prepare quotes and tenders as necessary.
* Identify market opportunities, drive sales, and develop a business growth strategy.
* Take complete P&L ownership and maintain a focus across operational functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
* Develop mutually beneficial relationships, internally and externally, and gain trust at all levels.
* Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Directors.
* Identify and arrange participation in marketing events.
Requirements:
* Financially and commercially astute with a track record of delivering and exceeding agreed targets.
* Experienced in budget and report writing at a senior level.
* A strong leader, with excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate others.
* Pragmatic with an energetic, persuasive and engaging personality.
* A resourceful solutions provider with an entrepreneurial flair.
Preferred: Experience in the electricity transmission, distribution or rail infrastructure industry.
Working Details: Full time, permanent role, 37 hours per week, flexible.
