About the role:
We’re looking to recruit a Head of Service: Family Help. As Head of Service: Family Help, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective Early Help and Prevention strategies and services that contribute to the Children’s Services Business Plan(s) and strategies and Wirral Council’s Strategic Plan(s).
About the candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience of leading within the Early Help and prevention sector. You will be able to evidence bringing about improvements in the outcomes and progression of children and young people. We’re looking for a strong communicator with the ability to work strategically with other internal and external partners to continuously improve Family Help.
