As a key player in the optimisation process, you will analyse user behaviours, website performance metrics, and A/B testing results to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates across client websites. Your insights will directly inform business strategies and improve user experiences, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Analyse user journey data and behavioural patterns to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities in the conversion funnel. Monitor performance metrics across platforms and identify trends. Collaborate with teams to define and track KPIs for conversion improvements. Analyse A/B tests to evaluate the impact of design changes, content adjustments, and feature updates. Manage test lifecycles, ensuring statistical significance and actionable insights. Report on test results, highlighting both successes and areas for improvement. Work closely with CRO Strategists, UX designers and developers to implement data-driven recommendations. Partner with stakeholders to prioritise hypotheses and execute optimisation experiments. Communicate findings and insights to non-technical teams effectively. Build and maintain dashboards to provide stakeholders with up-to-date performance insights. Deliver clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations tailored to business objectives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, ideally with a focus on conversion rate optimisation or digital marketing. Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Advanced skills in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio). Expertise in SQL Strong understanding of statistical concepts and testing methodologies.
