At TTC Group, our mission is to improve lives and provide safer communities by reducing road safety risk through creative and innovative solutions, delivering driver training schemes to over 500,000 clients a year throughout England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. As the only licensed provider to deliver the Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) course to all parts of the UK and due to increasing demand, we are looking to work with passionate, engaging trainers to deliver this interactive 3-day workshop, designed to change behaviour and prevent further offending; thereby contributing positively to improved road safety for all users in person at our training centres in Liverpool.
If you want the flexibility to work at a time and frequency that suits you, we have the availability to work with you on a freelance/self-employed basis with hourly rates starting at £21 per hour with a comprehensive induction, training, and monitoring programme. While experience in a Road Safety/Criminal Justice setting is desirable, a proven track record in delivering adult education or behavioural change is essential to ensure learning outcomes and impart lifetime change in road safety behaviours.
TTC offers a comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring process with the potential for ongoing development and the opportunity to vary your working week by working across our Group within other areas of Driver Training; in classroom and virtually over Zoom with experienced and professional drivers.
To apply
If you would like to be considered for a position on our trainer panel, as and when one becomes available, please let us know of your interest; we would love to hear from you! Successful candidates will be invited to a video interview where you can get to know more about us and our role, then you will be asked to deliver a short 'Micro Teach' on any subject and format you wish.
Diversity & Inclusivity
We are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We recognise the challenges that people with (multiple) protected characteristics may experience on the job market and in their career progression. We are fully committed to being an inclusive employer and ensuring equal opportunities. We are keen to make our workforce as diverse as possible, and we hope to attract applications from underrepresented groups, including Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people, people with a disability, and people with gender diverse identities.
