Our clients a multi-service, well known corporate firm based in London are seeking a Client Services Manager to add to the team, due to expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a small team of London based accountants, reporting to the centralised accounting team in the Channel Islands, to meet diverse client accounting needs across UK and Channel Islands service lines.
This includes, but is not limited to; Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate Services. The role will primarily manage a bank of clients, reviewing financial statements and line management duties, focused on Real Estate clients and the running of the VAT service line. You will also be responsible for development of the London based accountants and wider team as required, which will include recruitment, training and sharing technical knowledge with the team and fee earners.
Additional duties include:
* Meeting regularly with the in-house teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client specific KPIs
* Reviewing financial statements, management accounts and bookkeeping across a variety of different client types
* Attending client meetings to provide technical accounting support
* Key involvement in projects and team decisions at senior level
* Assist with the creation and maintenance of client specific accounting procedures and templates
