About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team here at Bella di Notte. Based in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire, you will work as part of our dedicated Customer Care team ensuring we exceed the needs and expectations of our loyal customers. This is a diverse role, covering all aspects of customer care including, fulfilling orders received via phone and web, providing face-to-face customer service in our retail store, offering advice and support to our customers regarding their orders, as well as supporting other areas of the business during peak times.
We have a full and part time position available. Full time is 40 hours per week. Part time hours are up to 24 per week. Core business hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, with Saturday working on a rota basis. There is an expectation to work 21 Saturdays in each calendar year. Additional hours may be available during peak seasonal demand.

About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer care to our loyal customers
* Able to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines, demonstrating a “can do” attitude
* Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
* A team player, working alongside others with integrity, positivity and respect
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Ability to adapt to busy and varied workload, working with energy and pace to get the job done
* You will have good IT skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office core elements (Word, Excel, Outlook).
